RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Please note: Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications (clearly personalized) are excluded from withdrawal.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. You will bear the cost of returning the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days expires.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
