Our cutting boards from The Kitcher are shipped safely and reliably within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Each product is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Time:
Germany: 5-7 business days
Austria: 7-14 business days
Switzerland: 7-14 business days (depending on customs processing)
United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
United States: 7-14 business days

Shipping Costs:
Germany: €5.99
Austria: €12.99
Switzerland: €16.99 (plus possible customs duties and import VAT, to be paid by the buyer)
United Kingdom: €34.99
United States: €39.99

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your delivery at any time.

All orders are processed within one business day from Monday to Friday. Please note that shipping and delivery do not take place on weekends or public holidays.
Order deadline: 4:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Berlin).

Packaging

We value sustainability. Therefore, your cutting board is delivered in sturdy cardboard packaging with recycled filling material. This not only ensures optimal protection but also helps protect the environment.

Customs Duties for Switzerland

Please note that deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to additional customs duties and import VAT. These are not covered by us and must be paid directly by the buyer at the responsible customs office.
